Cut to size service - Scaffold boards

Need your boards cutting to a certain size? Don't have the tools at home to do so? Let us take the hard work out of the job for you, with our professional cutting service.

All of our reclaimed boards are 225mm wide and 38mm thick.

Simply enter your required length and width below, and get an exact price for each board. You can even choose between sanded or unsanded. Add as many different sizes as you require to your cart, and then simply checkout and pay. We'll do everything else for you.

Every piece we make is built from reclaimed timber, so no two are identical. Grain, colour and markings vary from board to board. That variation is the point, not a fault. Made to order in our Kent workshop by qualified carpenters.

Reclaimed timber is a natural material and will move slightly with temperature and humidity. Indoors, dust with a dry cloth and wipe spills promptly. Outdoors, treat annually with a suitable exterior oil to protect against weathering. Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners.

Orders placed before 2:00pm are typically dispatched the same working day. Smaller items are sent via DPD and usually arrive within 3-5 working days. Larger products, including boards, decking and poles, are delivered using our own transport, and we’ll contact you after your order is placed to arrange a convenient delivery date.

If you’re based in the surrounding London area, we may also be able to offer same-day delivery, subject to availability. You’re also welcome to collect your order from our Kent workshop - simply get in touch beforehand so we can arrange a suitable collection time and have your order ready for your arrival.
